The Harvey Milk Scholarship fund was established to help students financially who have demonstrated a desire to complete school and work in a field that would benefit the Orange County communities at large. 

As of 2006, Orange County Imperial Court has given over $46,000 in scholarships to students living and attending Orange County Schools.
