Protocol in Orange County shall be “One Title One Walk” in accordance with Empress1 Jose’s wishes. Protocol will be collected in Hospitality on Saturday April 29, 2012 or can be emailed by April 15, 2012. Protocol cards must be in walk sequence. Protocol for all courts and organizations walking can be reviewed between 11 am and 2pm in Hospitality. OCIC reserves the right to alter any and all Protocol Cards.

Friday April 29, 2012 from 3pm to 6pm and
after the Out of Town Show until 2:30 am Saturday
Saturday April 28, 2012 from 10am to 3pm and
after Coronation 39 Show until 2:30 am Sunday

Court production numbers must have a minimum of 5 people and a time limit of 5 minutes maximum. Court Production
numbers will be included as part of the
entertainment portion of the evening.
